We are seeking a Childcare Floating Teacher to join our team! You will assist in the development and supervision of children ages 3 months to five years old. We have three classrooms with two teachers in each room.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and interact with children in a safe and compassionate manner
- Support lead teachers in implementation of creative activities to support our children's development
- Create a positive and nurturing environment for children
- Perform a variety of tasks, such as dressing, feeding, diapering and overseeing play
- Disinfecting or sanitizing as needed
- Covering breaks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with childcare or other related fields
- Passionate about working with children
- Ability to build rapport with children and their parents
- Positive and patient demeanor
