Facilities Administrative Assistant, you are responsible to provide timely administrative services to ensure the ULW site day to day functionality and to maintain a clean and safe work environment for the members of Radar, Technical Strategy, and Magna New Mobility Teams in residence of the Cross River Center located in Lowell, MA. The role is intended to be part-time, with 24-32 hours per week. Responsibilities include planning, organization, coordination, and centralization of facility-related office work and health and safety practices by acting as a liaison among personnel, Farley White property management, and external vendors and contractors. Possess a positive, energetic, and professional disposition, be highly adaptable and results-oriented with a meticulous attention to detail.
Your Responsibilities
- Manages and maintains site support services: break room supplies, office supplies, mail,
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, creating PR/POs, performing as point of contact and escort for on-site service providers.
- Additional tasks could include customer meeting preparation, greeting and guiding visitors, shipping/receiving, and facilities related reporting.
- Multi-task and utilize time management effectively while still maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with internal departments, parent company and external third parties in various manners.
Who we are looking for
- High School Diploma.
- Prior experience in office administration and facilities management.
- Standard office administration practices and procedures.
Your preferred qualifications
- Use of computers and computer systems for email, data entry, or process information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with purchase orders, Concur, SAP/JDE a plus.
- Experience with environmental health and safety a plus.
