Outbound Sales Representative
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that drive value. You’ll play a vital role in expanding our customer base and fueling company growth through proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods to engage potential customers

Qualify prospects and identify opportunities that align with our products or services

Clearly communicate the value of our offerings and tailor messaging to meet customer needs

Manage a sales pipeline, follow up consistently, and schedule product demos or meetings as needed

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging

Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, lead status, and deal progress in CRM tools

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and conversion targets
Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar customer-facing role

Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

Strong work ethic with a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset

Comfortable handling objections and navigating challenging conversations

Experience with CRM systems and outreach tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
