Precision Pool is a family owned and operated pool construction and service business. We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Manager responsible for the successful operations of our maintenance and repair departments. The Service Manager’s responsibilities include providing the highest level of customer service, developing and maintaining lasting customer relationships and managing the service team members. The Service Manager must maintain a strong working knowledge of all service objectives and practices as well as the company’s products and services. The Service Manager should also have a strong sales-minded attitude and excellent leadership skills. Salary would be determined by experience. We over an above average salary as well as health insurance and matching 401k.
