Marketing Director – Home Improvement Lead Generation
Location: Warwick, RI | Full-Time, On-Site
Salary Range: $95,000 – $135,000 + Performance Bonus
RIHI, a 76-year-old family-owned home improvement company, is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead all digital and traditional marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee company-wide lead generation across SEO, PPC, SEM, paid Social, Print, Event dept., and offline channels.
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Manage website performance, analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Partner with sales leadership to align marketing with lead flow and revenue goals.
- Manage vendors, budgets, and marketing performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in digital marketing or marketing management, ideally in home improvements.
- Strong command of Google Ads, SEO, analytics, CRM, Social Media, and Print advertising.
- Proven success in generating high-quality leads with measurable ROI.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
