We are seeking a Payroll Admin! You will be responsible for payroll, certified payroll and some bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate timesheets with ADP
- Oversee all certified payroll for all projects
- Analyze information to assess current and future financial statuses
- Review costs for optimal budget planning
- Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction office and other related fields
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Online
