Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees and ensure a welcoming and seamless process.
  • Help monitor employee training and development initiatives, keeping track of schedules and records.
  • Process employee requests related to benefits, payroll, and other HR-related inquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide support for employee engagement initiatives, events, and special projects.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in human resources or a similar field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.


• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and other financial services platforms.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Strong auditing skills to ensure compliance and accuracy in HR processes.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and related functions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with staff and candidates.
• Familiarity with Ceridian and other HR software systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Understanding of HR compliance regulations and best practices.
