  • Develop and expand relationships with builders, contractors, and industry professionals.
  • Drive sales growth within the residential and commercial construction markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to capture market share.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to assist in sales and project planning (preferred).
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including both inside and outside sales reps.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to shape and execute sales initiatives.
  • Travel within the Houston, Dallas, and Austin markets to engage with clients and drive revenue.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Industry experience in the trades (garage doors, flooring, windows, concrete, or similar).
  • Strong background in B2B sales, particularly with builders and contractors.
  • Proven ability to generate and close deals in a competitive market.
  • Leadership skills to recruit, train, and manage a successful sales team.
  • Ability to travel across the designated territory as needed.
