- Develop and expand relationships with builders, contractors, and industry professionals.
- Drive sales growth within the residential and commercial construction markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to capture market share.
- Read and interpret blueprints to assist in sales and project planning (preferred).
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including both inside and outside sales reps.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to shape and execute sales initiatives.
- Travel within the Houston, Dallas, and Austin markets to engage with clients and drive revenue.
What We’re Looking For:
- Industry experience in the trades (garage doors, flooring, windows, concrete, or similar).
- Strong background in B2B sales, particularly with builders and contractors.
- Proven ability to generate and close deals in a competitive market.
- Leadership skills to recruit, train, and manage a successful sales team.
- Ability to travel across the designated territory as needed.
