Job Description:
We are seeking skilled Structural Welders for a shop-based position in Springfield, MA. You will be responsible for MIG welding structural steel for decking, handrails, and stairs.

✔ Must be able to:
✅ Read and interpret shop drawings & layouts
✅ Perform MIG welding on structural steel
✅ Operate various shop tools & machinery (training provided for CNC & painting machines)
✅ Bring your own basic hand tools, welding hood, and gloves
✅ Pass a pre-employment drug test & background check (if required)
