Pay Rate: $39.75 - $46.75 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Staffing & Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hiring programs across hourly manufacturing, clerical/technical, and exempt/professional roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role serves as the primary hiring authority at the site level while partnering closely with a corporate staffing organization to ensure compliance, process excellence, and effective use of enterprise recruiting tools and programs.
This is a highly visible role requiring a balance of strategic leadership, hands-on recruiting, vendor management, and stakeholder partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Staffing Leadership & Strategy
- Lead all hiring programs and processes for direct labor, clerical/technical, and exempt roles
- Act as the primary interface with the corporate staffing organization and hiring resources
- Ensure full compliance with corporate hiring programs, systems, and quality requirements
- Manage staffing vendors and advertising partners
Direct Labor (Manufacturing) Hiring
- Own high-volume hiring for hourly manufacturing roles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies including job fairs, advertising, and postings
- Conduct interviews, testing, reference checks, and extend offers
- Partner closely with manufacturing leadership to meet hiring demands
- Manage specialty programs such as employee referrals, sign-on bonuses, and summer employment
- Support EEO/Affirmative Action tracking and compliance
- Process required hiring and onboarding documentation
Clerical, Technical & Exempt Hiring
- Lead full-cycle hiring efforts for professional and technical roles
- Partner with internal recruiters as needed
- Support college and high school recruitment initiatives
- Manage interviews, testing, reference checks, and offers
- Ensure compliance with EEO/Affirmative Action requirements
Quality & Compliance
- Build quality into all aspects of work by adhering to applicable quality systems and hiring standards
- Maintain consistent hiring practices aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of staffing or recruitment experience OR
Master's degree with 1-3 years of experience - Preferred: 5+ years of experience supporting both direct labor and professional hiring
- Experience in or exposure to manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and compliance
- Proven ability to manage vendors and multiple hiring programs simultaneously

Compensation
- $39.75 - $46.75 per hour, based on experience
