Crystal Springs is hiring a full-time Human Resources Generalist in Assonet, MA. In this role, you will focus on employee relations, HR compliance, and performance management while ensuring smooth daily HR operations. THE BASICS
Pay: This full-time position offers a salary of $60,000 - $65,000/year and the opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment.
Schedule: This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position. You will work a regular schedule at our Assonet, MA location.

YOUR DAY AS A HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviews. You will support onboarding, performance management, policy implementation, and recruitment while ensuring compliance with employment laws. A key part of your role will be managing HR policies and procedures and maintaining accurate records and reports to meet EEO and BRC regulations. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is essential, as you will manage the HRIS system to keep employee records up to date. You will also assist with department goals and process improvements to help make HR operations as efficient as possible.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience or a combination of education, training, and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Expertise in ADP Workforce Now
- Experience handling employee relations, performance reviews, and compliance
- Strong ability to manage communication between departments and employees
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
