Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Grade Levels: K-12
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to accommodate diverse learning styles
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to maximize educational outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with families and caregivers regarding student development
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Special Education teaching
  • Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teacher certification for grades 6-12, specializing in moderate, mild, or severe disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of special education laws, strategies, and best practices
  • Ability to create a positive and structured learning environment
