Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to accommodate diverse learning styles
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to maximize educational outcomes
- Communicate effectively with families and caregivers regarding student development
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Special Education teaching
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teacher certification for grades 6-12, specializing in moderate, mild, or severe disabilities
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, strategies, and best practices
- Ability to create a positive and structured learning environment
