Responsibilities / Duties:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to step-down patients requiring close observation and intervention
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members on care plans
- Educate patients and families about health status and care requirements
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
Schedule / Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- Night shifts: 7:15 PM to 7:15 AM
- Three 12-hour shifts per week
- Every other weekend and rotating holidays
