Executive Chef
Location: Boston, MA
Salary: $150-$160K

High-volume, upscale sports bar seeks an Executive Chef to lead a dynamic kitchen in the heart of Boston.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years as Executive Chef in high-volume restaurants
- 10+ years of culinary experience, including à la carte and catering
- Strong financial, P&L, and inventory management skills
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and lead BOH and service teams
- Develop menus, portion specs, and prep procedures
- Manage food/labor costs, purchasing, and kitchen operations
