Executive Chef
Location: Boston, MA
Salary: $150-$160K

High-volume, upscale sports bar seeks an Executive Chef to lead a dynamic kitchen in the heart of Boston.
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years as Executive Chef in high-volume restaurants</li>
<li>10+ years of culinary experience, including à la carte and catering</li>
<li>Strong financial, P&amp;L, and inventory management skills</li>
</ul>
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Hire, train, and lead BOH and service teams</li>
<li>Develop menus, portion specs, and prep procedures</li>
<li>Manage food/labor costs, purchasing, and kitchen operations</li>
</ul>
