Job Title:Early Educator
Department:Early Childhood Education- 6 weeks to 6 years
Location: Georgia VT- 15 mins from St Albans and 30 minutes from Burlington!

Duties
Your Responsibilities:
- Make sure our little learners are safe and well-cared for
- Dream up and lead activities that help kids grow and develop
- Keep a close eye on the kiddos and track their progress
- Chat with parents and families about how their little ones are doing
- Keep the learning space clean and organized
- Follow all the rules and procedures we have in place
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for working with kiddos ages 3 to 6
- A deep understanding of how kids grow and develop and the best ways to teach them
- Excellent communication and people skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- A bachelor's degree in early childhood education or something similar OR 12 credits in Early Ed Courses or a related field
- Two years or more of teaching experience
