Job Summary: Manage all aspects of department sales, including client meetings, on-site visits, and the creation of designs, quotes, and orders. Oversee coordination of deliveries and installations, collaborating closely with other departments and contractors to ensure a seamless project completion for the client.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Presentation

Work directly with clients to design kitchen, bath, and cabinetry spaces using 20/20 software.

Deliver a comprehensive customer experience for every project, including on-site visits, showroom consultations, design renderings, and final presentations.

Organize on-site photo shoots upon completion of each cabinet project.
Sales Process

Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation and client consultations to accurate on-site measurements, quoting, and managing the full-order cycle, including post-sale follow-up.

Input customer data and orders into the point-of-sale system.

Verify all vendor purchases for accuracy and fulfillment.

Ensure timely and precise completion of all paperwork.

Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales and gross profit (GP) targets.
Continuing Education

Stay in regular communication with vendors to stay informed about new products, pricing updates, and project opportunities.

Participate in training sessions and self-directed learning to keep current with industry trends, product knowledge, and 20/20 software features.
Must have experience designing in 20/20 Design Software
