Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage client appointments using Google Calendar and Google Maps.
• Optimize routing schedules to ensure efficiency and timely service delivery.
• Input and maintain accurate client information within Google-based software systems.
• Provide exceptional customer support by answering inbound calls and addressing inquiries.
• Handle outbound calls to follow up with clients and confirm appointments.
• Assist with order entry and processing to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to schedule services and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain a detail-oriented and friendly approach when interacting with clients and team members.• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.
• Proficiency in using Google Calendar and Google Maps for scheduling purposes.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills for managing inbound and outbound calls.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with order entry processes and related software.
