We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our face-to-face sales team. In this role, you'll interact directly with customers in-person to promote our products/services, build strong relationships, and help drive business growth.
You’ll be representing our brand in the field—whether that’s at events, in stores, or through door-to-door or business-to-business outreach—delivering a high-quality, personalized customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Engage directly with customers in face-to-face settings to promote and sell products/services

Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with potential and current customers

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Participate in field campaigns, local events, and in-person promotions

Generate new leads and follow up with prospects

Stay up to date on product offerings and promotions

Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and performance targets

Provide feedback from customer interactions to improve service and outreach

Collaborate with team members and attend regular sales training and meetings
Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and people skills

Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude

Comfortable approaching and speaking to people face-to-face

Willingness to learn and take direction

High school diploma or GED (college degree a plus)

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is helpful but not required

Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods

Reliable transportation required for field-based roles
