Electrical Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Designer to join our Engineering team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain experience in mechanical system design within a collaborative and supportive environment. You will contribute directly to project execution, using technical knowledge and creativity to solve problems and deliver high-quality work.

Hybrid near Woburn, MA

Typical Duties:

• Perform engineering calculations for heat loads, ventilation, and fluid flow
• Research and document design options and equipment selections
• Assist Project Engineers with field surveys and construction activities
• Create and revise BIM/CAD-based construction documents
• Layout ductwork and piping systems under direction
• Review construction submittals and respond to RFIs
• Ensure documentation meets company standards
• Participate in continuous improvement and professional development

Knowledge and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
• 0–4 years of experience (including co-op/internships)
• Familiarity with BIM/CAD software
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced project environment
