Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time school clinician position is available to provide comprehensive social, emotional, and behavioral support to high school students. This role primarily serves a caseload of approximately 24 students through individual sessions, small group support, and crisis management, utilizing a drop-in model within a high school setting.
Location:Holyoke, MA (High School environment)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and small group counseling focused on social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Manage crisis interventions promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with school staff to support student well-being and academic success
- Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of student interactions and progress
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Prior experience working as a clinician in a school-based setting is required
- Strong understanding of developmental and behavioral challenges specific to high school students
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are essential
- Successful completion of required drug screening and fingerprint/background checks

- Contract duration through 6/25/2026
- Full-time, 35 hours per week

- Interviews conducted via Zoom (15 to 30 minutes)
