We are recruiting for an experienced and reliable Site Foremen to lead a 4-6 man crew, ensuring high quality workmanship and efficiency on job sites throughout New England area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a 4-6 person crew on job sites
- Operate a skid steers, small excavators, and truck with trailers
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time,, and within budget
- Utilize basic surveying equipment to assist in project layouts
- Maintain and enforce OSHA Safety standards on-site
- Coordinate materials deliveries and subcontractors as needed
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients
- Perform general site work, including grading, installations, and finishing
- Travel as required for projects, including occasional overnight travel
Requirements:
- 2A & 1C hoisting license
- DOT Health Card (valid)
- Osha 10 certification
- Experienced operating skid steers, small excavators and trucks with trailers
- Ability to read blueprints, and site layouts
- Basic knowledge of surveying equipment
- Willingness to travel throughout New England including overnight
- Valid Drivers' license with a clean driving record
- OSHA 30 Certification
- CDL License
- Experience in sports field and recreational space construction a plus
