Location: Parsippany, NJ—Training in Massachusetts or Connecticut.
Description:
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations. This includes recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing service team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a hands-on management style, and the ability to oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house activities efficiently. This role requires proficiency in administrative tasks, P&L management, and team leadership. The General Manager is ultimately accountable for the overall success of their location.
Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 plus bonus potential
