You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions while supporting organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering positive workplace interactions.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires transition smoothly into their roles.
• Administer benefit programs, including enrollment and employee inquiries.
• Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs to align with company objectives.
• Coordinate training sessions and development programs for staff.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.
• Assist in performance management processes and documentation.
• Prepare reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making.• Proven experience in employee relations and human resources administration.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and benefit programs.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and their functionalities.
• Excellent understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data management.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
