ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in January 2024, and were currently a small but growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked for another State Farm agent but originally come from an education background.
Community involvement is a big part of who we are; we support the local Recreation Center, host an annual Easter Egg Hunt, and run Movies Under the Stars, a four-week outdoor film festival in the park.
I offer a supportive, balanced work environment with occasional team lunches, Casual Fridays, and reimbursement for licensing costs. Im looking for someone who is customer-focused, coachable, eager to learn, and truly motivated. If youre personable, hungry, and ready to grow, youll fit in well here.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
