Adecco has partnered with a local business, seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support their Team in Farmington, NH! The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks or another ERP system and be comfortable managing financial and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a temp-to-hire position!
Hours / Schedule - Monday - Friday from 8:30AM - 4:00PM - 30 - 35 Hours / Week
Pay Rate - $20/HR
Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain financial data in QuickBooks or ERP system

Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking

Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, document preparation)

Help ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting

Support other departments with administrative needs as required
Qualifications:
-
Prior experience using QuickBooks or other ERP/accounting software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
