Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 special education teaching opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Sanbornville, NH. This full-time contract position runs from September 2, 2025, through June 18, 2026, with a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday. The role primarily supports middle and high school students with a focus on case management and delivering student services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and coordinate appropriate services for students with disabilities
- Collaborate with families, staff, and other professionals to support student success
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate records and ply with state and federal special education regulations
- Provide instruction tailored to meet diverse student needs across middle and high school grades
Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire Special Education teaching license, or an active out-of-state SPED license if relocating
- Valid New Hampshire teaching certificate
- Experience working with middle and high school special education students preferred
- Strong organizational and munication skills for case management duties
