Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, long-term residual income, health benefits, and 401(k).

Projected On-Target Earnings:

Year 1 OTE: $136,000
Year 2 OTE: $247,000
Year 3 OTE: $325,000+

What You Will Do

• Prospect business owners through outbound calls, in-person meetings, and networking
• Conduct payment processing reviews and identify inefficiencies
• Present customized fintech solutions that lower costs and improve cash flow
• Close new accounts and build a long-term residual portfolio
• Manage pipeline through HubSpot and ZoomInfo
• Operate with autonomy and accountability

You are not selling a commodity. You are solving financial and operational problems.

What We Are Looking For

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience required
• Proven ability to prospect and close
• Comfortable with outbound activity
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High ownership mentality
• Valid driver’s license

Industry experience in payments, payroll, SaaS, telecom, insurance, or other B2B services is a plus, but not required.
