LLCA HOA is seeking a detail oriented, self-organized, experienced Property Manager interested in joining a dynamic team in a neighborhood environment.

About the Position: Daily responsibilities include directing and supervising an Office Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and maintenance team. Regular duties include, board communication, acquiring bids for community projects, creating budgets, managing finances, processing client invoices, conducting inspections, interacting with association members, attending Board Meetings and Annual Meeting.

About You: You must have very strong communication, customer service and organizational skills. Candidates will enjoy a flexible work schedule but must be able to schedule and attend board/committee meetings with homeowners outside the normal 9:00-5:00 workday.

About Us: Locke Lake Colony Association is a Home Owner's Association adjoining two lakes in Barnstead, New Hampshire which includes 9 beaches, 2 pools, a community activity lodge, maintenance buildings, several pavilions, tennis / pickleball courts, multiple docks and a boat ramp.

About Salary and Benefits: Salary is commensurate with experience and commitment ranging from $75,000 to $95,000. 20 days paid vacation/sick days, health care, flexible hours aligned with meeting the community needs
