A well-established insurance agency north of Boston is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join its team. This role is focused on servicing an existing book of business and supporting inbound personal lines clients — no cold calling required.
About the Role:

Manage a portfolio of personal lines policies (auto, home, renters, condo, flood, boat).

Service renewals and prepare quotes for new and existing clients.

Finalize policies directly with carriers.

Provide responsive, high-quality customer service.

Support cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.

Handle inbound leads from producers, walk-ins, and web inquiries.
Qualifications:

1+ year personal lines account management with quoting experience.

Massachusetts P&C Producer license preferred (will train).

Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Strong organizational and client service skills.
Compensation & Benefits:

$40,000–70,000 base + bonuses + annual profit sharing.

Commission on new and renewal business (if licensed).
