Position: Cash Management Support Specialist
Job Type: Full Time

Reports To: VP Head of Cash Management
OVERVIEW:
As part of the Bank’s Cash Management Department, this position supports the Department in the execution of daily activities. This position will assist Cash Management Officers with the growth and onboarding of business relationships by shepherding business customers through the onboarding process, preparing necessary documentation along with, assisting in implementation & training of applicable cash management services. Ensures Cash Management customer satisfaction by answering inquiries and handling support on applicable products or services. This position will also be primary in handling the deposit onboarding of any Community Association (HOA) deposit accounts, complementing our Community Association Banking Division
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handle customer inquiries and implementation, and on-going support of all cash management products and services, including but not limited to Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Mobile Check Deposit, ACH Services, Positive Pay and Lockbox. C
2. Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to solve complex commercial customer inquiries and actively participate in department initiatives to employ all cash management products and services to strengthen the relationship we have with our business customers.
3. Assists Cash Management colleagues in business development efforts to sell business deposit and cash management products and services
4. Acts as primary point of contact and takes lead on all deposit onboarding for our Community Association (HOA) Banking Division. Coordinates with retail team to assist with HOA deposit onboarding.
5. Documentation - Prepares standard documentation presented to clients. This may include proposals, service agreements, and implementation forms. Assists in shepherding commercial and HOA customers through onboarding process.
6. Coordinates with customers and colleagues to implement products and services for commercial cash management customers. This includes gathering customer requirements and setting up information, preparing and executing contracts and agreements and arranging for setup and service.
7. Perform product/service installations, demos, and training to clients via phone and/or web-based meeting.
8. Assists with the development of sales tools and promote knowledge of cash management products and services both internal and external
9. Complete administrative reports applicable to this department for monitoring growth and development, consistent with the goals outlined in the Bank’s strategic plan
10. Occasionally represents the Bank at business networking functions, which may be outside normal working hours (such as in the early morning or evening)
11. Possibly travel to various locations throughout the Bank’s market area

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates Degree plus a minimum 3 years banking experience or 5 years in a customer service-related profession
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize trends
- Attention to detail
- Pro-active attitude
- Multi-task and work independently
- Solve problems independently while applying logic and discretion
- Adapt to change and respond to all requests in a professional manner
- Desire to suggest new approaches to existing procedures within established options to gain efficiencies in department tasks

- Experience dealing with business customers
- Strong computer and Internet skills and the ability to use various types of equipment related to business products and services
- Reliable transportation for travel to businesses in the Bank’s market areas and its retail locations
