As the Industrial Maintenance & Reliability Lead, you hold the reins of a critical operation where every decision impacts the efficiency and safety of warehouses often exceeding 400,000 square feet and utilizing complex automated systems.

Your Daily Impact:

• Orchestrate and oversee team assignments, while driving individual and team performance to exceed set objectives.
• Create fiscally responsible budgets highlighting maintenance costs and future improvements.
• Prioritize and schedule repairs and installs to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• Inspect, assess, and regulate machine operation standards through automated reports.
• Lead compliance initiatives, aligning with OSHA, state, and municipal safety regulations.
• Spearhead maintenance one-pager evaluations and corrective action plans to ensure top-tier equipment functionality.
• Contribute to capital projects from conception to completion with end-to-end project management skills.
• Empower teams through tailored Individual Development Plans (IDP’s) focusing on skill development and career growth.

Essentials of a Successful Candidate:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred; advanced facility maintenance education is esteemed.
• Proven track record with over 3 years in a maintenance supervisory role, and 5-7+ years overall maintenance experience.
• Certifications such as CMRP or its equivalents are beneficial.

Skill Set Required:

• Leadership prowess with the ability to nurture team cohesion and productivity.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial systems and adept with technology and safety codes.
• Effective communicator with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Pragmatic problem-solver capable of anticipating challenges and implementing solutions.
