Position Overview:

We’re seeking motivated, results-driven Independent Contractor Sales Representatives to expand our reach and drive growth. This is a commission-only 1099 contractor role with unlimited earning potential. You’ll represent our line of premium diamond blades and cutting tools, targeting municipal buyers, contractors, and industrial customers in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new leads within public works departments, utilities, contractors, and related industries.
• Build relationships and maintain regular contact with purchasing managers, supervisors, and decision makers.
• Promote our American-made product lines, emphasizing quality, long life, and cost savings.
• Close sales and meet or exceed agreed sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and serve as the point of contact for your accounts.
• Maintain your pipeline and report weekly activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven outside sales experience (industrial sales or construction-related preferred).
• Self-starter with hunter mentality, eager to prospect and close new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor and manage your schedule.
• Existing relationships in public works, utilities, or construction a plus.

Compensation:

• 1099 Independent Contractor – commission-only.
• Monthly and annual performance incentives available.
