Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer in Albany, NY. This is a full-time, permanent position.
 
Responsibilities Include:
<ul>
<li>Oversight of business operations and staff, ensuring a productive environment.</li>
<li>Identify areas of improvement in business operations and ensure they are addressed through quality control programs.</li>
<li>Ensure objectives and goals are met by way of general operational leadership.</li>
<li>Oversee support team for company.</li>
<li>Management of operational tiers.</li>
<li>Utilize tracking software to monitor performance, prepare forecasts, and provide updates.</li>
<li>Actively participate in staff hiring, training, and evaluation.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree, along with minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.</li>
<li>Proven operational management experience.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable of operational structure.</li>
<li>The ability to work well under pressure and multitask.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>
