Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Service Account Coordinator to support and manage ongoing client accounts. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining accurate account records, and serving as a reliable point of contact between internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily activities related to assigned client accounts

  • Serve as a primary support contact for client inquiries and service requests

  • Monitor account progress and ensure service standards are consistently met

  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and account records

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align service execution with client expectations

  • Identify opportunities to improve account efficiency and client satisfaction

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of account-related matters
