At Percy, we’re building new ways to help talented professionals find meaningful careers in the multifamily industry. We’re currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a brand-new 30+ unit development in Edgartown, MA.
This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance professional who is eager to work in a stable role within a small, tight-knit team. The position offers year-round employment in a typically seasonal market, with support to gain relevant industry certifications. The ideal candidate will already reside on Martha’s Vineyard, as relocation options are not available.

Responsibilities
● Perform general property maintenance for a newly constructed 30+ unit community
● Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations
● Address maintenance requests and perform preventative maintenance
● Assist in maintaining the property’s appearance and functionality
● Support the team in preparing units for new residents
Qualifications
● 2+ years of building maintenance experience
● Must reside on Martha’s Vineyard
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Willingness to obtain relevant industry certifications
