Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Case Manager position is available in Kingston, NH, supporting students in grades K-9 at a Seacoast Charter Academy. This role provides vital special education services within a small group setting focused on reading, writing, and math. The assignment is onsite and part of a contracted school year (CSY) commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 students, ensuring individualized educational plans (IEPs) are effectively implemented.
• Provide direct instruction and support in reading, writing, and math tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to monitor progress and adjust strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with special education guidelines.
• Participate in meetings with Special Education teams and contribute to case management processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably working with K-12 students.
• Familiarity with case management responsibilities and IEP development.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a full-time, onsite role.
• Commitment to supporting students academic and social growth in a specialized educational environment.

Location: Kingston, NH
Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week
