Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed real estate agents in Massachusetts or nearby states (or in process)
- Agents with a passion for commercial real estate
- Professionals who are entrepreneurial, resourceful, and results-focused
- Excellent communicators and negotiators
- Organized individuals with the ability to manage their own schedules and pipelines
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting, listing, and closing commercial real estate transactions
- Advising clients on acquisition, leasing, and investment strategies
- Performing market research, financial modeling, and property analysis
- Navigating zoning, permitting, and compliance-related processes
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with investors, developers, landlords, and tenants
Requirements
- Active real estate license (MA preferred)
- Prior commercial or residential real estate experience is helpful but not required
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your schedule and goals independently
- Willingness to learn and grow within a performance-based environment

Compensation:
This is a commission-only position. Estimated yearly income ranges from $50,000 to $200,000+, depending on individual performance and deal flow. There is no cap on your earning potential.
