Lead HVAC Service Technician – Martha's Vineyard, MA

Salary Range $40 - $40 per hour + Full Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401k

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues
Perform regular maintenance (cleaning ducts, replacing filters, etc.)
Replace faulty components (motors, compressors, etc.)
Provide clear communication and excellent customer service
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
Electrical and mechanical skills
Problem-solving and attention to detail
Excellent communication and time management
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
