What You’ll Do
- Lead opening/closing procedures
- Support and coach team members including scheduling
- Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues
- Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
- Step in where needed to keep operations running smoothly including administrative tasks such as inventory, payroll assistance, etc...
What You Bring
- 1–3 years guest-facing experience
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- A passion for hospitality and team leadership
- Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience,
- HS diploma or GED
