We are now looking to expand our test prep services by hiring an experienced ACT tutor who can deliver results.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven ACT tutor to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. You will work with motivated international high school students preparing for the ACT exam. The ideal candidate has a track record of improving scores significantly and can tailor instruction to diverse learning styles, particularly for ESL (English as a Second Language) students.
Responsibilities

Deliver 1-on-1 ACT tutoring sessions via Zoom (flexible scheduling)

Customize study plans based on student diagnostic results and goals

Track student progress and adjust instruction accordingly

Provide regular feedback to students and internal team

Maintain a high level of professionalism and engagement
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional ACT tutoring experience

Proven record of helping students improve scores by 4+ points

Deep familiarity with all four ACT sections (Math, Reading, English, Science)

Comfort working with international/ESL students

Strong communication skills and punctuality

Bachelor's degree required; advanced education or test prep certification a plus
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with remote tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)

Background in education, teaching, or test prep companies like Princeton Review, Kaplan, or similar

Familiarity with student tracking tools or CRMs
