We are seeking a Senior Cook to join our team! Located steps from the Nantasket Beach, we’re a family-owned restaurant and open year-round; we are known for our award-winning tacos, burritos and friendly customer service. In this job, you will be working in a fun and fast-paced environment, and helping us maintain our brand for high quality food, with fresh ingredients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food orders. Ensure high food quality and consistency following established recipes and standards.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen.
- Manage food inventory, ensure supplies are adequate and rotated properly.
- Lead and direct the work of junior kitchen staff, providing training and guidance.
- Perform and oversee all kitchen processes, including set-up, food prep, end-of-the-day cleanup and side-work.
- Safely operate all kitchen equipment, and perform ongoing cleaning and maintenance.
Experience:
- 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize; excellent time management.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills and a positive can-do attitude.

This is a full-time position. We will also consider part-time applications.
