Schedule: Full-time, M-F

Who We're Seeking: We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to handle payroll processing for the agency. This role also involves assisting with accounts payable, preparing financial reports, and making bank deposits. The successful candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset to support the team and ensure smooth financial operations.

Your Responsibilities: As a member of our dedicated team, you'll:

  • Process biweekly and off-cycle payroll, reconcile with the general ledger, and manage W-2s and deductions.
  • Support financial reporting, audits, budgeting, and year-end closeout.
  • Manage accounts payable, including invoices, payments, vendor records, and reconciliations.
  • Handle cash tasks, including bank deposits, petty cash, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Use financial and office software to maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of payroll or finance/accounting experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; strong computer skills required
  • Hold a valid driver's license
