About the Role
Directors of Student Life providecase management focused on independent living, social development, community engagement, and daily life skillsfor neurodivergentcollege students. This role plays a central part in shaping a supportive, pro-social residential community while coachingcollegestudents toward independence.
Depending on program needs, Directors of Student Life may:
- Serve as a primary case manager for a student caseload
- Support medication management, life skills development, and community engagement for students with executive functioningdisorders and other learning and social differences.
- Lead weekly coaching,planningand goal-setting sessions
- Supervise and support coaching staff
- Maintain consistent communication with families and referral partners
- Collaborate with academic teams, campus partners, and service providers
- Participate in shared on-call rotations
