Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Bilingual Spanish Property Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dorchester, Massachusetts. In this contract role, you will play a key part in managing administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a personable attitude, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct income recertifications for residents in compliance with HUD Section 8 regulations.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with residents to ensure timely completion of required processes.
• Review income documentation, request additional supporting materials, and verify information as needed.
• Utilize RealPage OneSite software to manage records, with transferable knowledge of Yardi systems considered a plus.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while interacting with residents, including senior citizens and families.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident inquiries and assisting with their needs.
• Organize and manage a high volume of paperwork, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• File, track, and maintain documentation to support compliance and operational requirements.
• Answer inbound calls and perform receptionist duties as part of daily administrative responsibilities.
• Process work orders and provide assistance to residents and team members as required.• Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with HUD Section 8 regulations and the process of income recertification.
• Experience using RealPage OneSite or similar property management software such as Yardi.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of paperwork and electronic files.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior citizens, families, and diverse populations.
• Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, or property management roles.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
