Lead Preschool Teacher (ECE Certified) The Learning Experience Andover
Pay: $21$22 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday

The Learning Experience Andover is looking for a passionate, dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team. We provide a nurturing, fun, and inspiring environment where children ages 2.54 learn through discovery, creativity, and play.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support assistant teachers in your classroom.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and progress updates.
- Partner with the Center Director to achieve classroom and enrollment goals.
Qualifications
- ECE certification (required).
- Minimum 6 months of teaching experience (1+ year preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Must meet all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements.
