Job Description: Cleanroom Technician (2nd Shift)
Location: Mansfield
Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift - $18-24/hr. (2 dollar differential on 2nd shift, base pay of $18-20)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview:

Join our team as a Cleanroom Technician on 2nd shift. In this role, you’ll work in a Class 7 cleanroom, assembling small parts, handling electromechanical assemblies, and ensuring sterile products are cleaned, sealed, and labeled. This position requires attention to detail and technical skills in assembly, measurement, and machine setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble small parts using tools and optical microscopy.
Mix two-part solutions for molding and joining processes.
Perform machine setups for ultrasonic welders and heat-sealing equipment.
Clean, pouch, seal, and label sterile products.
Measure using lab equipment and maintain accurate documentation.
Read and interpret blueprints and procedures.
Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the team.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a cleanroom with gowning.
Strong manual dexterity for small part assembly.
Experience with electromechanical assemblies and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with MS Office, especially Access.
Attention to detail and ability to work with inspection tools.
