This role is perfect for someone who’s a self-starter, a strong communicator, and deeply motivated by making homes better—one efficient, effective repair at a time.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, and more.
- Manage vendors and capital projects with confidence and follow-through.
- Keep apartment turnovers on track and top-quality.
- Use your tech-savvy side to manage work orders through mobile software.
- Respond to emergency maintenance needs on a rotating on-call schedule (and respond onsite within 20 minutes if needed).
- Be the go-to expert for keeping our communities safe, clean, and in excellent working order.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of multifamily or residential maintenance experience (supervisory experience preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all seasons.
- Comfortable using smartphone/tablet-based work order systems.
- CPO certification a plus—or willingness to get certified.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour

- Maintenance Supervisor: 2 years (Required)Language
