Bachelor’s degree in Education, valid state Teaching license or certification, and 1+ years Teaching experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Were hiring a Kindergarten Teacher to guide a class of 1517 students through their first full year of school. These arent just any students theyre question-askers, story-sharers, future scientists, shy artists, brave readers. Theyre ready for a teacher who will see them.
You'll have the daily support of a full-time paraprofessional, and while some students have IEPs, this role requires no special education certificationjust your Massachusetts general education license and your genuine love for early learners.
What Youll Do:

Lead a kind, structured, and curious classroom for five-year-olds

Teach early literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving through hands-on learning

Build relationships with students, families, and your support team

Adapt lessons and support diverse learning styles, including those with IEPs

Create a space where students feel safe taking risks and being themselves
Who You Are:

A licensed Massachusetts teacher (Early Childhood or Elementary Ed)
