The Air Duct Service Technician will be responsible for performing air duct and dryer vent cleaning services for residential and commercial clients. This position requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform air duct and dryer vent cleaning services using specialized equipment and tools.
• Conduct pre- and post-cleaning inspections to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Safely operate company vehicles and maintain cleanliness and organization of work equipment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about services performed, estimates, and maintenance recommendations.
• Follow company procedures and safety standards on every job.
• Report job progress, equipment issues, and customer concerns to the operations manager.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and time tracking using company software.
Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in HVAC, air duct cleaning, or related home services preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
• Comfortable using mobile apps or job management systems to log work
