Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our workplace in Woburn, Massachusetts. You will play a key role in maintaining office supplies, supporting financial processes, and creating a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
• Handle accounts payable processes, including invoice review and payment coordination.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, performing receptionist duties such as answering calls and greeting guests.
• Organize and oversee office equipment maintenance to ensure functionality.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation as required.
• Ensure a clean and organized office environment by supervising cleaning schedules and upkeep.
• Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.• Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and office supply management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• A detail-oriented approach with a focus on customer service.
• Familiarity with coordinating vendors and managing office equipment.
